The room is spacious with a fantastic bathroom, the check-in process was friendly, and the staff were extremely polite, with a convenient location near Ami Stadium.

A convenient location but not really pedestrian friendly - although you can walk to nearby restaurants and services.

Nothing was too much trouble. The pleasant mannerisms of the staff. To be taken to the room (and my bag being carried by them) and not just handed a key was also a lovely touch. Early morning wake up call to catch the Trans Alpine as well as being dropped directly to the train station was also not a problem.

Great location near a bus station 🚌, stadium, and arena, which was perfect for our trip. It was just a 15-minute drive away from our previous stay.

The restaurant at the motel was magnificent with personalized service. the staff was the best. - the beds were large. - the location was perfect, with bars and restaurants just a short walk away.

The location here is great, right in the middle of everything, with shopping spots nearby. the room was a good size, practical, and had amazing views. 🏙️

It was close to the train station and a shuttle service was provided. Staff were friendly in suggesting local features and entertainment.

Rooms are very standard and impersonal. Quite loud at night as room I was staying in was facing the road. Practical if you are just looking for a place close to the train station, but otherwise not good value for money.

The staff at Arena Motel were extremely helpful and efficient. the hotel's proximity to Horncastle Arena and Addington Raceway is great. the Irish bar at the motel is fantastic. It offers good value for money.

Handy location, walking distance to everywhere. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff and quick to respond. Brand-new and generous sized rooms on upper level good view, and very good services.

The rooms have a large en-suite bathroom. the decor is convenient. - the motel's location is near the Coastal Pacific and TranzAlpine trains, food outlets, and the train station. - They offer a free shuttle service to the station and the bus stop at the museum.
